A league for everyone
The BCYFFL is a 5 vs 5 flag football league for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 8th grade. We have and welcome all players from Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan Counties in West Virginia, as well as players from Washington County, Maryland and Frederick County, Virginia.
Multisport Players
Our players enjoy playing multiple sports throughout the year and even in the same season. Since we have games on Sundays our players are free to play their other sports and pursue other interests through the rest of the week. Parents also enjoy our format with a limited commitment of only one day per week - our practices are set for Sundays, 30 minutes prior to your game. SCORE!

BEGINNINGS
The Berkeley County Youth Flag Football League was created in 2023 with its first season running through the fall of 2023. The original league was comprised of four teams; each having 9 players ranging in age from 7 to 11.
In 2024 the league obtained the rights to become an official NFL Flag league. In only its second season the league grew over 300% with the summer season made up of 3 age divisions, 4 teams per division, and over 120 registered boys and girls from the area.

Game Rules
The BCYFFL game rules are based off of the official NFL Flag rules with a few slight adjustments to enhance gameplay as well as player and fan enjoyment.

OUR MISSION
TO SUPPORT LOCAL YOUTHS BY PROVIDING THEM WITH A CHANCE TO HAVE FUN AND TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS BY PLAYING FLAG FOOTBALL. WE LOVE THE BERKELEY COUNTY AREA AND WE USE SOME OF THE PROCEEDS TO GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH LOCAL CHARITY DONATIONS.
